📭 ¿No recibes los correos electrónicos de confirmación o recordatorio? Cómo solucionarlo
Your client didn't get their confirmation or reminder? Start by checking which emails were sent for that booking: Koalendar shows you each one and whether it was delivered. Then follow the step that matches what you see.

✅ Step 1: Check the notifications sent for the booking
- Go to your Bookings tab and click the booking to open its details.
- Click Notifications sent.

You'll see every email and SMS sent for this booking (confirmation, reminders, updates), who it was sent to, when, and its status.

- Delivered or Sent: the email left Koalendar and reached the recipient's email provider. It's most likely in their spam folder (see Step 2).
- Bounced: the recipient's email provider refused the email. The Bounce reason tells you why, often a typo in the address (see Step 3).
- Complained: the recipient marked a Koalendar email as spam.
- Nothing in the list: no email was sent. Check your notification settings (see Step 4).
Only notifications from the past 30 days are shown.
✅ Step 2: Delivered? Check spam and other folders
Ask the recipient to look in Spam, Junk, Promotions or Updates, and to search for Koalendar. If the email is there, mark it as Not spam so the next ones land in the inbox.
Company inboxes (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) sometimes quarantine emails. Ask the IT team to check the quarantine and to allow emails from koalendar.com.
✅ Step 3: Bounced? Check the email address
Check the address in the list. A small typo (for example gmial.com) is a very common cause. Ask your client for the right address.
When an email bounces or is marked as spam, we stop sending to that address to protect deliverability. Once the address works again, contact our support team and we'll remove the block.
✅ Step 4: Nothing sent? Check your booking page notifications
Open your Booking Page Editor and go to Notifications:
- Email Confirmation must be turned on. If you switched to Calendar invitation, your client gets a calendar invite instead of a confirmation email.
- Customize lets you check the content of your confirmation email.
- Email reminders must be turned on for reminders to be sent.

Remember to save your booking page after any change. Learn more in What notifications will my invitees and me receive after a booking is made?
✅ Step 5: Not getting emails yourself?
Click your name at the top right, then Account, and make sure New bookings and Meeting reminders are turned on under Email notifications.

💡 Mejores prácticas
- Add a phone number question to your booking form, so you can reach clients whose emails don't arrive.
- Use SMS reminders for important appointments (see Using SMS reminders).
- Make a test booking with your own email after changing notification settings.
