â Step 1: Set your availability
Open your Booking Page Editor and go to Availability. Set your weekly hours, add breaks and block specific dates. People can only book inside these times. See How to Block Your Availability in Koalendar.
â Step 2: Find your bookings
- All bookings are listed in your Bookings tab, and in the Koalendar mobile app.
- You get an email for each new booking.
- Your clients get a confirmation email with links to add the meeting to their own calendar.

â Step 3: Know what a calendar adds
Without a connected calendar:
- Koalendar can't see your other meetings, so it can't block those times. Keep your availability up to date to avoid double bookings.
- Bookings aren't added to your calendar automatically.
- Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links can't be created. Zoom, phone and in-person locations still work.
You can connect a calendar at any time from Profile â Calendars.
đĄ Best Practices
- Block your days off with specific dates, so nobody books you on holiday.
- Turn on email reminders so neither you nor your clients forget the meeting.
