β Step 1: Link your Google account
Open your Booking Page Editor and click Location. If you see Click here to link your Meet account under Google Meet, click it and connect your Google account.

β Step 2: Add new bookings to a Google calendar
Google Meet links are created with the calendar event. Click your name at the top right, then Calendars, and select a Google calendar under Add new bookings toβ¦.
In the editor, the Hosts & Resources section shows whether Meet is ready for each host. Meet not connected means that host still needs to do this step.

β Step 3: Save and test
Save your booking page, then make a test booking. The Meet link should appear in the confirmation email and in the calendar event.
π‘ Migliori pratiche
- On team booking pages, every host must connect a Google calendar for their bookings to get a Meet link.
- Using Outlook? Choose Microsoft Teams as the location instead.
