✅ Step 1: Check that your booking page is online
Open your booking link in a private browser window. If it doesn't load, the page may be turned off: turn it back on from your dashboard.
✅ Step 2: Copy the full embed code again
Click Share → Add to website, choose the format and copy the code again. Paste the whole code without editing it.
- Popup Text: a link or button that opens your booking page in a pop-up.
- Inline Embed: your booking page directly inside your page.
- Popup Widget: a floating button in the corner of your site.
✅ Step 3: Use an HTML or code block
Website builders often remove scripts pasted into a normal text block. Paste the code into an HTML, Embed or Custom code block instead. Our platform-specific guides show where to find it on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and more.
Some builders don't run scripts in their editor preview. Publish your page and check the live site.
✅ Step 4: Check blockers and cookie banners
- Test in a private window with ad blockers turned off.
- If you use a cookie consent tool, make sure it doesn't block scripts from koalendar.com.
- If your site has a strict security policy (CSP), allow koalendar.com.
✅ Step 5: Give the inline embed enough space
If the inline embed looks cut off, place it in a full-width section and make sure no parent element has a fixed small height.
Still stuck? Use the iframe fallback, which works almost everywhere.

- Add each embed code only once per page.
- After any change, check your site on mobile too.

Check that your builder doesn't hide the code block on mobile, and that the section is wide enough.
