✅ Step 2: Book like a client

  1. Pick a date and a time.
  2. Fill in the booking form. Use an email address you can check, ideally a different one from your Koalendar account, so you receive the client's emails.
  3. Confirm the booking.

✅ Step 3: Check everything

  • The confirmation page your client sees.
  • The confirmation email sent to the client.
  • Your new booking notification.
  • The event in your calendar, with the video link if you use Zoom, Google Meet or Teams.
  • The booking in your Bookings tab.

✅ Step 4: Cancel the test booking

Go to Bookings, open the test booking and cancel it. The time slot becomes available again.
