✅ How to Customize the Booking Confirmation Page
After someone books a meeting with you, Koalendar displays a confirmation page—showing the event details and options to manage their booking.
You can personalize this page with your own message, links, and behavior settings.

📝 Customize the Confirmation Message
- Open your Booking Page Editor.
- Scroll to the Additional Options section.
- Find the “Confirmation page” setting.
- Click the Customize button.
You’ll be able to edit the text displayed after a booking is completed. You can add:
- Your own message or instructions
- Custom links (e.g. to a resource, video, or next step)
- Variables like
{INVITEE_NAME}
or{DATE}
for a personalized touch
Use this to thank your invitees, guide them to what’s next, or reinforce key info.
⚙️ Additional Settings to Control the Page
Under the same Additional Options section, click Show advanced configuration to find:
🔁 Allow invitees to cancel & reschedule on their own
- Toggle this on if you want the confirmation page to show buttons for managing the booking.
- Turn it off if you prefer to control any changes yourself.
➕ Display button to schedule another event
- When toggled on, invitees will see a button letting them book again—useful for back-to-back meetings or repeat sessions.
- Turn it off for a more minimal experience.
🔀 Redirect Instead of Showing the Confirmation Page
If you’d prefer to send invitees to your own external page after booking, you can:
- Go to the Invitee Questions section of the editor.
- Use the “Redirect invitee after booking (URL)” setting.
- Optionally turn on “Pass event details to your redirected page” to include data in the query string.
