📤 How to Export Your Bookings

Need to analyze or back up your Koalendar bookings? You can easily export them and open the file in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

✅ How to Export

  1. Go to your Bookings dashboard.

  2. Click the “Export” button at the top.

  3. Your bookings will be downloaded as a CSV file.

🗂️ Open in Google Sheets or Excel

  • Google Sheets:
    • Go to Google Sheets, click File → Import, and upload your CSV.
  • Microsoft Excel:
    • Open Excel, click File → Open, and select your CSV file.

💡 Why Export?

  • Track attendance or billing
  • Filter or sort bookings for reporting
  • Keep offline backups of your data
