How to Set Booking Limits on Your Page
Want to control how many appointments you receive? Koalendar lets you limit how many times people can book you—per day, week, month, or in total.
✅ How to Add Booking Limits
- Open your Booking Page Editor.
- Scroll to the Availability section and click "Show advanced configuration".
- Find the “Booking limits” settings and click “Add booking limit”.
- Choose the type of limit you want:
- Bookings per day
- Bookings per week
- Bookings per month
- Total bookings (overall)
- Set the maximum number and save your changes.

You can add up to 4 different limits to fine-tune your availability.
👤 Set Limits Across All Your Booking Pages
Limits in the booking page editor only count bookings made on that page. To cap your total bookings across all your pages, for example no more than 6 meetings a day:
- Click your name at the top right, then Availability.
- Open the Booking limits tab and click Add booking limit.
- Set the number and the period, then click Save.

Booking page limits still apply too, and the strictest limit wins.
🛠️ Limits Not Working? Check This
- Save your booking page after adding a limit.
- Page vs. account limits: a limit on a booking page only counts bookings made on that page. Use account limits (above) to count bookings across all your pages.
- What counts: canceled bookings don't count. Bookings waiting for your approval do.
- Days, weeks and months follow your booking page's time zone. Weeks start on the day set under Start of week in your Account settings.
- Bookings you add yourself from your Bookings tab can go over your limits, because you can choose to book unavailable times.
- Check a specific day: turn on Troubleshoot at the top of your booking page preview. Times blocked by a limit are tagged
DAYMAX,WEEKMAX,MONTHMAXorTOTALMAX.
