â Step 1: Turn on recurring bookings
- Open your Booking Page Editor.
- Click Allow multiple (& recurring) bookings.
- Turn on Allow recurring bookings.
- Click Save.

You can also turn on Allow multiple bookings to let clients pick several different time slots before confirming.
â Step 2: How clients book a recurring session
- On your booking page, the client picks a date and clicks a time.
- Two options appear: Select and continue (one session) or Select and make recurring.

When they choose Select and make recurring, they set:
- Repeat: every week, every other week, the same day every month, or daily.
- Times to repeat: how many sessions in total.

A summary shows exactly when the sessions will take place. The client clicks Confirm, fills in the booking form once, and all sessions are booked.
â Step 3: Manage the sessions
Each session is a separate booking. You'll find them all in your Bookings tab and in your connected calendar. You or your client can cancel or reschedule one session without touching the others.
đĄ Best Practices
- Mention the recurring option in your booking page description, so clients know they can book the whole series at once.
- Set a Max. advance booking (in Availability) that is long enough for the series. Sessions beyond it can't be booked.
- Selling prepaid bundles instead? Use session packages.
