✅ Step 1: Create a package

  1. Open your Booking Page Editor and go to the Pricing section. If your page uses Appointment types (services), you'll find Packages in the Services section instead.
  2. Under Packages, click Add package.

Packages list in the Pricing section of the booking page editor

Fill in the package details:

  1. Package name: what clients see, for example "5 coaching sessions".
  2. Number of sessions included.
  3. Package price for the whole bundle. Clients see the price per session and how much they save compared to booking single sessions.
  4. Description (optional).
  5. Expires after (days): how long clients have to use their sessions. Leave it empty if the package never expires. This option is under Show advanced configuration.
  6. Visibility: Public packages are shown on your booking page. Link only packages are hidden, and only people with the package link can buy them.

Package form with numbered fields

If your page has services, also choose the Included services clients can book with the package. Click Create package, then save your booking page.

✅ Step 2: Manage your packages

Each package in the list has these controls:

Package controls: on/off toggle, copy link, duplicate and delete

  1. On/off toggle: a package that's turned off can't be bought. Clients who already have it can still book their sessions.
  2. Copy package link: share a direct link to buy this package, for example in an email or on your website. Save your booking page first to get the link.
  3. Duplicate the package.
  4. Delete the package.

Drag packages by the handle on the left to change their order. Click a package to edit it.

✅ Step 3: How clients buy a package

Public packages are listed on your booking page, below the single session.

Packages listed on a booking page

When a client clicks Buy (or opens your package link), they see:

  1. The package price, the price per session, how much they save and how long the package is valid.
  2. A short form for their name and email.
  3. The button to get the package.

Package checkout page

Payment follows your page's Payments setting:

  • Stripe: clients pay by card at checkout.
  • PayPal: clients get your PayPal payment link.
  • Don't collect payment: the package is created as unpaid, and you mark it as paid when you receive the money.

Once it's done, the client sees Your package is ready and can book their first session right away.

✅ Step 4: How clients book their sessions

Clients also get a "Your package is ready" email with a Book a session button. That button is their private booking link, and they can use it every time they want to book.

Package confirmation email sent to the client

With the link, your booking page shows the package and how many sessions are left. Clients pick a time as usual and don't pay again.

Booking page showing the package and sessions left

  • Clients can book several sessions at once, up to the number of sessions left.
  • A canceled session goes back into the package automatically.
  • Sessions must take place before the package expires.
  • Booking confirmation emails show how many sessions are left, with a link to book the next one.
  • When all sessions are used or the package has expired, clients can buy another one.

✅ Step 5: Track packages and payments

Each time a package is bought, you get an email with the client, the package and the price. If the package isn't paid yet, click Mark as paid once you've received the payment.

Email sent to the host when a package is bought

To see a client's packages, go to Contacts and open the client. The Packages section shows how many sessions are left, the expiry date and whether it's paid. From there you can copy their booking link or edit the package (total sessions, expiry date and paid status), for example after a refund.

Bookings made with a package also show a Package badge in your Bookings list.

✅ Step 6 (Optional): Give a package to a client

Did a client pay in person or by bank transfer? You can give them a package yourself. Open the client in Contacts, click Add package in the Packages section, then:

  1. Choose the booking page.
  2. Choose the package.
  3. Click Add package. We'll email the client their booking link.

💡 Best Practices

  • Price packages a little below single sessions so the savings are clear.
  • Set an expiry so clients book their sessions regularly.
  • Use Link only packages for special offers you share with specific clients.
  • Connect Stripe so packages are paid automatically at checkout.
