📊 How to Use Koalendar with Google Analytics

Track visits and bookings on your Koalendar pages in Google Analytics 4.

🔑 Step 1 – Copy your GA4 Measurement ID

  1. In Google Analytics, go to Admin ▸ Data streams. (Learn more →)
  2. Select your Web data stream.

  3. Copy the Measurement ID (format: G‑XXXXXXXXXX ).

🔗 Step 2 – Connect GA4 to Koalendar

  1. Sign in to Koalendar and click on your profile ▸ Integrations.
  2. Select Google Analytics.
  3. Paste your Measurement ID, then Save.

🎯 Events sent to Google Analytics

Once connected, Calendly tracks invitee actions as events in GA4. You can view them in Realtime or standard reports (may take up to 24 hours).

Event name When it fires
invitee_public_page Invitee visits your public page listing your booking pages
invitee_booking_page Invitee visits your booking page
invitee_select_day Invitee selects a date on the calendar
invitee_select_time Invitee picks a time slot
invitee_booking_created A booking is successfully scheduled

⭐ Mark bookings as key events

In GA4, navigate to Admin ▸ Key events and mark invitee_booking_created as a key (conversion) event so it appears in your performance and Ads reports.
