How to Share Your Public Link (List of All Booking Pages)

Share a single public link that displays all of your available booking pages—perfect when you offer multiple services and want invitees to choose what suits them best.

Step 1: Access Your Public Link

1. From your Koalendar Dashboard, click the link located below your account name.

   

2. This opens your public link—where all your published booking pages are listed in one place. Only you, the account owner, will see the Edit and Share buttons.

Step 2: Customize & Share

• Customize the public page’s name, image or styling (e.g. add intro text or a friendly greeting).
• Select which booking pages to display.
• Copy the public link or generate an embed code.
• Share it via email, Slack/Teams channels, event invitations, QR codes, or embed directly on your website.

🎯 Share Different Booking Pages With Different Clients

Your public link only shows the booking pages you select. The others stay bookable with their own link, so you can offer different services to different groups of clients:

1. In your public page settings, select only the booking pages everyone should see.
2. For other clients, click Share next to a booking page in your dashboard and send them that page's link. Each booking page has its own link.
3. Want a link that works only once? Click Copy one time link in the Share window.
4. To keep a page private, password protect it.
