How to Add Koalendar to a Wix Website

🔗 Add a Link (Button, Text, or Image)

Keep it simple—send visitors to your booking page:

1. Add a button, text box, or image to your Wix page
2. Click the element → Link

3. Select Web Address and paste your Koalendar URL (e.g. https://koalendar.com/e/yourname)

   

4. Click Done and Publish

🧩 Embed Option 1: Inline Embed

Display your Koalendar directly on your site:

1. Copy the Inline Embed code from your Koalendar’s Embed Options

   

2. In the Wix Editor, go to the page where you want to embed, click + Add Elements, choose the Embed Code option and click Embed HTML.

3. Choose the Code option, paste the embed code and click Apply
4. Adjust size and click Publish

🎈 Embed Option 2: Popup Widget

Add a button that stays on the screen and opens your booking page in a popup when clicked:

1. Copy the Popup Widget code from your Koalendar’s Embed Options

   

2. In the Wix Editor, click + Add Elements → Embed Code → Marketing Tools → Custom Code.

   

3. Click Add Code

4. Paste the code, select on which pages you want to display the floating button, and click Apply

   

5. That's it! Your button will now appear on your Wix site

💡 Tip: Customize the color, label, icon, and position of the button in Koalendar before copying the code.
