⚡ Create Booking Pages Faster with Templates & Copy Settings

If you frequently create similar booking pages—for different clients, services, or events—you don’t have to start from scratch every time. Koalendar gives you two powerful tools to speed up your workflow: Clone and Copy Settings.

📑 Clone a Booking Page as a Template

You can use any of your existing pages as a template and duplicate it to create a new one.

How to clone:

1. Go to your Dashboard: https://koalendar.com/dashboard
2. Find the booking page you want to reuse.

3. Click the ⋮ (three dots) menu → Clone

   

4. A new copy of the page will be created instantly, with all the same settings.

This is perfect for quickly creating pages that only need small adjustments (like name, title, or date).

✅ Bonus: You can also clone a booking page to one of your teammates (workspace members), making it easy to replicate templates across your team.

🔁 Copy Settings Between Pages

Want to apply changes from one page to several others? You don’t need to manually update each one.

How to copy settings:

1. Open the Booking Page Editor for the page with the settings you want to reuse.

2. Look for the Copy Settings icon (🔁 arrows) at the top right of every settings section.

   

3. Click it, select the sections you want to copy, the source booking page, and the destinations pages to apply those settings to:

   

4. Confirm, and you're done—settings instantly copied.
