How to add Koalendar to a Wix site

Easily add your Koalendar booking page to your WIX website. This article will walk you through the different options we have:

Link to Koalendar with buttons or text

  1. Click Share on one of your booking pages and copy your Koalendar link

  1. Sign in to your Wix account and click Edit Site

A. Add your Koalendar link to text or an image

  1. Select the text or image on your page.
  2. Select Link > Web Address.
  3. Paste your Koalendar URL.

B. Add your Koalendar link to a button

  1. Select the + (Add) button.
  2. Choose Button and place it on your page.

  1. Edit the button text (e.g., “Book Now”).
  2. Select Link > Web Address.
  3. Paste your Koalendar URL.

Embed your Koalendar inside your Wix page

  1. Click Share on one of your booking pages

  1. Select Add to website

  1. Choose Inline Embed & click Copy Code

  1. Sign in to your Wix account and click Edit Site

  1. On the page where you want to show your scheduling link, click + Add Elements, choose the Embed Code option and click Embed HTML.

  1. In the popup, choose the Code option under "What do you want to add?" and paste the inline embed code for your scheduling link in the code area.

  1. Finally, adjust the size of the embed to your preferences, and click Publish to update your live site. That's it!

Display a floating button that opens Koalendar in a pop-up

To use a popup widget in Wix, you must be on a paid Wix plan, have a published site, and a connected domain.


  1. Click Share on one of your booking pages

  1. Select Add to website

  1. Choose Popup Widget  & click Copy Code

  1. Sign in to your Wix account and click Edit Site

  1. Click + Add Elements, choose the Embed Code option, Marketing Tools, and finally, click Custom Code.

  1. Click Add Code

  1. In the popup, paste your Koalendar embed code, select on which pages you want to display the floating button, and click Apply

  1. That's it! Your button will now appear on your Wix site
