Manage your Billing
The Workspace Owner can make billing updates on the account to change the credit card on file, change the billing cycle, add or remove seats, update the billing address, download invoices, and more.
Access your Billing page from the top right navigation menu, or click here.
Here's what you can do from your Customer Portal:
- Switch your billing cycle from monthly to yearly, or vice versa.
- Add or remove seats.
- Update your payment method.
- Edit your billing address on file. This will change will be applied to any future invoices issued on your account.
- Cancel your subscription if you don't need Pro anymore.
- Scroll to the bottom to see a list of your invoices. Click on their date to download them.
