How to Change Language on Your Booking Page

Make it easy for your clients by offering booking pages and notifications in their preferred language—automatically detected and easily switchable.

Choose the Language Setting

  1. Open your Booking Page Editor

In the top section, select the Language setting

    You can either:

    • Choose a specific language (e.g. English, French, Spanish), or
    • Set it to “Auto-detect”, which automatically adjusts the language based on the invitee’s browser

This setting controls the language of your booking page and all automated email notifications.

Invitees Can Change Their Language

Koalendar gives your invitees control too:

  • If Auto-detect is enabled, your booking page will load in the invitee’s browser language (if supported)
  • Invitees can also manually switch languages using the “Change Language” button displayed on the page
