Step 1: Create an Interview Booking Page

Create a new booking page for each type of interview you host. Examples:

  • Initial Candidate Screening
  • Technical Interview
  • Final Interview with Team

How to configure:

  1. Go to your Koalendar Dashboard and click "+ New Booking Page".

  2. Title it clearly—e.g., “Interview – [Role Title]”.
  3. Location Settings: Choose in-person, phone, or video (Zoom/Google Meet links can be auto-generated).
  4. Customize Your Availability: Select the interviewers' available time slots.
  5. Enable calendar sync with your Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar to prevent double bookings.
  6. Add Custom Questions: Ask for key details like:
    • Candidate full name
    • Email & phone
    • Role applied for
    • Resume upload (if desired), asking for them to share a link to their pdf.
  7. Automate reminders and confirmations:
    • Customize your confirmation email

  8. Enable Tentative Booking to hold a slot while you're arranging access or confirmations.
  9. Final review then Publish: Double‑check settings, preview booking flow, then click Publish.
