Step 1: Create an Interview Booking Page
Create a new booking page for each type of interview you host. Examples:
- Initial Candidate Screening
- Technical Interview
- Final Interview with Team
How to configure:
Go to your Koalendar Dashboard and click "+ New Booking Page".
- Title it clearly—e.g., “Interview – [Role Title]”.
- Location Settings: Choose in-person, phone, or video (Zoom/Google Meet links can be auto-generated).
- Customize Your Availability: Select the interviewers' available time slots.
- Enable calendar sync with your Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar to prevent double bookings.
- Add Custom Questions: Ask for key details like:
