How to use Koalendar for Real Estate Bookings

Step 1: Create a Booking Page

Create a new booking page for each type of real estate meeting you offer. Examples:

  • Property Viewing
  • Open House Registration
  • Buyer Consultation
  • Virtual Tour Request

How to Set It Up

  1. Go to your Koalendar Dashboard and click "+ New Booking Page".

  1. Set a Title such as "Open House – 123 Main St.".
  2. Location Settings: Select whether it’s in-person, phone, or video (Zoom/Google Meet links can be auto-generated).
  3. Customize Your Availability: Choose the days and times you’re available.
  4. Enable calendar sync with your Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar to prevent double bookings.
  5. Add Custom Questions: Ask for details like:
    • Property address
    • Type of property interest (sale/rent)
    • Client's preferred budget
    • How they found you
  6. Automate reminders and confirmations:
    • Customize your confirmation email
    • Enable Email & SMS reminders to reduce no‑shows.
    • Set a follow-up email to be sent a few hours after the appointment
  7. Enable Tentative Booking to hold a slot while you're arranging access or confirmations.
  8. Final review then Publish: Double‑check settings, preview booking flow, then click Publish.

Step 2: Share your link & Embed on Your Website

Make it easy for clients to book by placing your Koalendar link:
