How to cancel your paid subscription (downgrade to Free)

We are sorry Koalendar doesn't meet your needs. Before you cancel your account, please contact us to see if we can help.

To cancel your Pro subscription, click on your profile (top right of the screen), then "Billing".
Now, click "View details" and "Cancel subscription".

There’s no minimum contract for Koalendar — you can cancel at any time without penalty.

When you cancel your Pro plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time you’ll be switched back to the Free plan.
