How Collective Mode Works
- Koalendar shows time slots only when all hosts are free
- Once booked:
- The event is added to every host’s calendar
- Invited participants receive notifications and reminders
- All calendars sync automatically
How to Set Up a Collective Page
- Go to your Booking Page Editor and scroll to the Hosts section.
- Invite teammates by clicking Add teammates (then they must first join your workspace before they can be added as Host).
-
Once you have two or more hosts, choose Collective from the host scheduling dropdown.

- Save your booking page
Collective vs. Round Robin
| Feature | Collective | Random Selection |
|---|---|---|
| Host Presence | Requires all hosts to be free | Only one available host is required |
| Event Added | Goes to all hosts’ calendars | Goes to only one host's calendar |
| Best For | Collaborative meetings, interviews | Distributing tasks or consultations |

💡 Best Practices
- Sync calendars for every host to avoid availability conflicts
- Perfect for team interviews, panel discussions, or collaborative workshops
