Affiliate Program Terms

Thank you for your interest in joining our Affiliate Program! This agreement is designed to protect you, Koalendar, and our customers. Please read carefully before applying. By participating in the program, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at support[at]koalendar[dot]com.

1. Definitions

• “Affiliate” means you, the applicant.
• “Koalendar” means Koalendar LLC.
• “Referral” means a new customer who signs up for Koalendar through your referral link.

2. Commissions

• Affiliates receive a fixed commission (as displayed in their Affiliate Dashboard) only when a referral upgrades to the Annual Pro Plan.
• If the referral cancels or requests a refund, the commission for that referral is forfeited.
• Commissions can be tracked in your Affiliate Dashboard.

3. Payments

• To allow for refunds and chargebacks, commissions are payable 45 days after a referral’s payment.
• Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer during the first week of each month, once your balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD.

4. Prohibited Activities

To maintain fairness and protect our brand, Affiliates agree to the following restrictions:

• No paid advertising: Using search ads, PPC, or paid social media ads to promote referral links is prohibited without prior written approval from Koalendar.
• No deal or coupon sites: Affiliates may not post referral links on deal-sharing websites, coupon platforms, discount forums, or other online communities in a way that suggests Koalendar is offering a general sale, public discount, or time-limited promotion.
• No misleading representation: Affiliates may not imply they are part of, employed by, or officially representing Koalendar.
• No referral manipulation: Affiliates may not refer themselves, or their own company.
• No spam: Unsolicited bulk email mentioning Koalendar is prohibited.

5. Usage of Koalendar Brand

• Affiliates may use Koalendar’s brand assets (logos, images, copy) available on our website.
• Assets must not be modified.
• Affiliates gain no trademark, copyright, or other ownership rights in Koalendar’s materials.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice.
• If terminated by the Affiliate, no future commissions will be paid.
• If terminated by Koalendar, pending commissions will be paid within 60 days, unless termination was due to violation of these terms—in which case all unpaid commissions are forfeited.

7. Modification

Koalendar may modify these terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Modifications may include changes to commissions, payment schedules, or program rules.

Do:

• Share Koalendar with your network authentically.
• Use official Koalendar assets.
• Promote only accurate information about Koalendar.

Don’t:

• Run paid ads without written approval.
• Post referral links on coupon/deal-sharing platforms.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Koalendar.
• Refer yourself, your company, or create fake accounts.
• Use spammy or misleading marketing practices.
