Connect Koalendar with Meta (Facebook) Pixel to track how visitors from your Facebook ads interact with your booking page. This helps you measure ad performance and track important actions like form submissions and scheduled events.

π Step 1 β Get your Pixel ID
- Open Meta Events Manager.
- Choose your Pixel data source.
- Copy your Pixel ID (a 15βdigit number).

π Step 2 β Connect Meta Pixel to Koalendar
- Sign in to Koalendar and click on your profile βΈ Integrations.
- Select Google Analytics.
- Paste your Meta Pixel ID, then Save.
Tip: Running ads for multiple brands? Create a separate Koalendar account for each Pixel.

β Mark bookings as conversions
- In Events Manager, open your Pixel and go to Events.
- Find
invitee_booking_created
in the event list. - Toggle Mark as Conversion.
Meta Ads Manager will now optimize and report against completed bookings.

- Overview βΈ Activity β See daily totals (may take up to 15 minutes to populate).
