How to Add Koalendar to Your LinkedIn Profile

Turn profile visitors into booked meetings by adding your Koalendar link to LinkedIn. It only takes a minute.

📑 Menu

  1. Step 1 â€“ Copy your Koalendar link
  2. Step 2 â€“ Add it to Contact info
  3. Optional â€“ Custom button (LinkedIn Premium)
  4. Optional â€“ Highlight in Featured
  5. Troubleshooting

  1. In your Koalendar dashboard, click Share next to the booking page you want visitors to use.
  2. Copy the URL (e.g. https://koalendar.com/e/your-page).

📝 Step 2 â€“ Add it to Contact info

  1. On LinkedIn.com, go to Me → View Profile.
  2. Click the ✏️ (pencil) icon in the header panel to edit Contact info.
  3. In the Website section, click Add website (or the pencil to edit an existing one).
  4. Paste your Koalendar URL.
  5. Choose a Website type (e.g., Personal or Company) and enter a Label like Book a meeting.
  6. Save → Done.

Visitors can now click Contact info on your profile and pick a time.

💼 Optional â€“ Custom button (LinkedIn Premium)

If you have LinkedIn Premium (Business, Sales, or Recruiter tiers) you can display a prominent call‑to‑action button at the top of your profile:

  1. View your profile and click Add profile link or ✏️ Edit custom button beneath your headline.
  2. Paste your Koalendar link.
  3. Choose the Button text (e.g., Book a meeting).

LinkedIn offers preset texts like “Visit my website,” “View my portfolio,” or you can type your own.

  4. Save. A gold‑coloured button now appears next to the Message button—front‑and‑center for visitors.

Pin the link in your Featured section for extra visibility:

  1. If you don’t see a Featured section, click Add profile section at the top of your profile, search for Featured under Recommended, and add it.
  2. Inside Featured, click + → Add a link.
  3. Paste your Koalendar URL and click Add.
  4. Give it a compelling Title (e.g., Schedule a call with me). Optionally add a description.
  5. Save and drag the card to the first slot to keep it front‑of‑mind.
