I have a couple of google calendars. How do I change Koalendar to link with a different calendar?
Koalendar syncs with your primary Google Calendar by default to prevent overbooking. You can click on your profile then "Calendars" to select more calendars than just your primary one to sync with.

Give admin access to your account (and other teammates accounts)
When you add a teammate to your Workspace, and make them admin, they can then manage your bookings and links, as well as those of the others members of your Workspace. Workspace roles: Owner / Admin / Member
When you add a teammate to your Workspace, they automatically get access to Pro features, and you can then create collective events together.
